Why I donīt receive point?

I donīt know what happen, I have a total of 10 downloads but my point donīt increase, I just have 7. Whatīs the matter?? Can anyone helpe me?

Hi vilillas and iviher, if you download worksheets made by other members yourself, you lose your points, i.e. you pay with your points!

As I wrote under Zakin, above on the messageboard:
