Hi, everyone. I need your help. I �m looking for an article which I cannot find and I really need it. It �s "Apologizing in English: politeness strategies used by native and non-native speakers" written by Garcia, C. and published in the Multilingua journal in 1989. If anyone can access to it or has it printed, please could you contact me?
