Hi Nabila!

I dont know if these sites are what you are looking for, but they have lots of exercises and vocabulary related to bartending:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bartending
http://www.webtender.com/index/Bartending/
http://www.englishclub.com/english-for-work/food-drink-bar.htm
http://www.suite101.com/lesson.cfm/18796/2336
http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1024088/bartender_dictionary_a_beginning_bartenders.html
http://www.englishclub.com/english-for-work/food-drink-vocabulary.htm
http://www.eslpartyland.com/quiz%20center/barmult.htm
http://www.learnenglishfeelgood.com/vocabulary/lefg1_vocabulary19.html

I couldnt find any audios on this topic, but perhaps you can adapt some listening activity about food vocabulary using bartending related vocabulary.

Hope this is useful!

You might want to check out http://www.accentschool.com/run_software.html

This is a neat site with guided internet activities that the students could do on their own computers or together in class (depending on technology availability).  If you are interested, I used the questions from the website and made my own speaking "packet" for the students to follow along and have the pronunciation practice right in front of them.  At the end, I found some tongue twisters from another site and chose those that accentuate the specific sounds present in the activities.  We made it into a fun game...amazing how much my high schoolers enjoyed this!
