Hi Sulin,
I know "mother country", which is the country where your parents/ancestors come from, but I had never heard of "parent country".
May it be the same?
I have googled for it and this is what I have found:
"A parent-country national is a person working in a country other than
their country of origin. Such a person is also referred to as an expatriate..."
