I am English - all your sentences are correct and equally common. Although it �s not correct to say that has/have is for people only.
the difference between Have got and Have is simply that we tend to write have and say have got - have got is more informal.

As a US native speaker, those sentences are fine and used all the time.
If I am talking to a real estate agent about an apartment (flat), I ask: "How many bedrooms does it have? Does it have a balcony?", etc..
It MAY be more American than British. In Britain they tend to use "have got" versus "have" alot more than we Americans do.
