Hi, everyone.
Can somebody please tell me what s the difference between the minutes of a meeting and the proceedings of a meeting? I ve looked up in the dictionary and the definition seems quite the same.
Proceedings - a complete written record of what is said or done during a meeting.
Minutes - the written record of what was said at a meeting.
