our colleague might mean "communicative approach", which teachers should carry out and stimulate in their classes nowadays, once stds need to learn how to speak English. by the way, dear Dan, you can use a very useful activity domino to introduce irregular plural. sorry I can �t post by now the printable, but u can find at this site.
