does anyone know how can I make my files lighter. Is there any easy free program to download wherever in the web that can compress word files and ppt?

Hi, I think bluflower wants to use it to upload printables or Pps to the site. However winzip is not valid. You must upload things in .doc Try to reduce the size of the images instead Hope it helps. Bye bye

I agree, I think the goal is to upload the ws to this site.
I have 3 suggestions:
1. Do not use Microsoft �s clip art, it �s too heavy.
2. Reduce the size of images.
3. Do not "copy-paste" images. Try the "Insert"- "Images from file" way (see the top menu).

My husband used photoshop to reduce the size of images on the presentation
(To or ING) - Regret , forget, try, ...
