The computer is being used at the moment by Bill
In the passive voice, where is the order of adverb of time and adverb of place? Thanks in advance

I would go for the first one: The computer is being used by Bill at the moment as I have learned that adverb or time and place is usually at the end of the sentence (or at the beginning for emphasis)
