Are both correct? I would choose the second.

Sorry to bother you again with my doubts. They seem to increase as time goes by...I believe the problem stems from all the �Englishes � around us. My students � is one of them...

Which or that (who can only be used with people and a community isn �t a person - same for team, association, neighbourhood etc.).
