Where is the sinking ship file?

There is a great set of cards on this website where students have to decide who they are going to save from a sinking ship. There are various characters like "the doctor" with information about each of them. I downloaded it about six months ago.

I have since lost the file and want to download it again but cant find it anywhere. Does anyone know what im talking about and where i can find it?
