I have recently faced a problem in downloading workstsheets .Last week I lost some worksheets becuase some of them do not open ,so I think that I lost about 7 worksheets .Would you help me please .

I had a similar problem.  I tried to download a worksheet.  It wouldn �t download.  So I tried again and was successful.  Then when I looked at my credits, I had been charged twice.  It was annoying.  Is there anyway to get the credits back?
