Teachers from the world, watch the news tomorrow!

Tomorrow, 100,000 Portuguese teachers ( or more) will be demonstrating against our governments policies on education. They are really doing our life a living hell! Dont you ever allow some burocratic idiots rule your countrys education. Lets hope we can make a difference.

Hi , gabriela ingles

Wishyou good luck. Dont give up. Were doing the same here in Algeria since the start of the school year. Teachers will be on strike for 3 days this week too. If the government persists on not counting with us regarding the educational policy it will be an unlimited strike. Were using this unpleasant method because in Algeria demonstrations are not allowed and are often prevented with incredible violence. (The country is still under national emergency state because of "security" problems) For the sake of the kids in our poor, emerging or developing countries we dont have the rigt to keep silent.
Best regards and respect for all the honest teachers.
