I cant seem to download any of my materials to send a printable - they are all done in microsoft word documents but every time i try to send it to esl it says it must end in .doc - which they are ?? Can anyone help or advise? Thanks Alison

I believe you �re using Office 2007. If so you must save your document as a word document 97-2003.
See if it works that way

If you have Word 2007,save your documents as Word 97-2003.
