First, I think it better to put this topic in the "grammar and linguistic" category. Would you try to give more details about it so that the colleagues can help you more efficiently. Is the problem the expression itself? Is it its relation with other words such "will"? Is the problem how to introduce the topic of expressing future activities and/or plans to your SS?
