Hi,
Are you using Word 2007? In that case you should choose the option "Save as Word 97 - 2003 document" when you save the document, otherwise it will be saved as .docx, instead of .doc

There have been some problems lately when trying to upload worksheets but it will probably be fixed soon, don �t worry and keep on trying (above all in the morning or early afternoon)
