Hello Mercedes,
I have taught reading at my university, and I consider one of the best methods for teaching reading is using the PDP format. Every time you are going to introduce a new reading you split your lesson in three important moments: Pre-Reading, During Reading (or while reading) and Post reading activities. Using that approach, students have the chance to access prior knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of the written text, besides using the rest of the skills. Paricularly, I prefer working with books rather than websites. I recommend you the book by Jeremy Harmer, who is an authority in language teachen, �How to Teach English� and �The Practice of English Language Teaching�. And also if you are interested, I have made a summary about teaching reading using those books and �The Tapestry Approach�.
