Hi!!!
For Government primary school teachers: How many hours you are working every week? Here, a new teacher 29 hours (40 minutes is the hour). I am a 18 years teacher and i work 27 periods. But all teacher have to be in the school at 7:30 and leave at 1:05, from Monday to Friday.

In South Africa, teachers have to be at school for 7 hours per day, eg. 7.30 - 14.30 . In the Foundation Phase (Grade 1-3, elementary) we teach for 5-6 hours per day (25-30 hours per week), the rest of the time is used for admin work or extra-murals. |
