Uncertainties
I have some uncertainties, please give me a hand with these (I kind of know what your answer will sound like, I just want to make sure :) ) 1. Mike was shouting so loud/loudly that the neighbours could hear him. 2. Dali s paintings are famous for their skillfully (is this correct?) drawn detail. 3. The police has/have cought the burglars. 4. He could/can/will buy the car if he had the money. 5. His hobby is reading / to read. Thanks a million! Have a lovely Sunday! Krisztina

Lana.
Hey girl!
Here is what I think...
1. loudly (but there a good few people who d say "shout loud")
2. "skillfully" is fine by me
3. "police have" because there were many people participating
4. could (2nd conditional)
5. His hobby is reading.
But: his hoby is to read books to his grandson.
Have a lovely Sunday!
