how to convert a text into an image?

HI amazing teachers :)

I was wondering how can you convert a text into an image so that you can maintain the font and colour you choose and make it unchangeable.

I use print screen and then I paste it into a word document or I use publisher and then save the file as a jpeg image.

I make a worksheet in Publisher then safe as png or jpg and put it into .doc file.
