Hi Ladybird,
I was unable to access it. The link seems to be broken.
Curious, I tried to locate it thinking it might have migrated to another server.
http://www.mytwoblessings.com/2007/08/dont-shop-at-bks-schoolhouse.html is an article claiming that the site is defunct and was not filling its orders.

http://www.pdclipart.org/faq.php#Image_Sources looks very promising since it is my understanding that anything porduced by the US overnment is in the public domain. I assume that would include images produced by the military branches. Please correct me if I am mistaken, my friends.
I would also recommend wikimedia commons for images licensed under creative commons copyright (We can create derivative works from them , if we attribute them to the creator).
