How to compact a pictionary?

I am trying to make my contribution but it is 600kb. How to make it smaller so I can upload it? I am using Windows Vista. I have already reduced the quantity of pictures. Please....Helpppppp!!!

Hello, Hijab

I do it in this way:

1. Take a picture to clipboard (copy)

2.Open ACDSee if you have it

3. Paste it as a new image

4. Open in Edit

5. Reduce the size (one of the options)

6. Save to disk (you can change name)

7. Paste it back through Insert / Image / From File (if it �s Word)
