Dear teachers,

I only want to send you a vote of thanks for the help you provide us novice teachers with.I use your worksheets on a daily basis for the student �s books really really pale into insignificance beside them.No matter how many times I would repeat thank you, I wouldn �t give you your due.I know that.

It �s not just novice teachers. There are some of us who have been working for many, many years, and still find the extra motivation and ideas here, even from novice teachers, as you call them. My sts love everything I use from ESL, especially when I tell them it comes from a teacher from somewhere across the world. And it �s also great to know they recognise style - before I even tell them, they know if a ws is mine or sb else �s. And they �re amazed that we help each other - it expands their world. We can all give each other a huge THANK YOU, every single day. I completely agree with you.
