Become fluent in English.
Write a book.
Overcome your fear of flying.
Obtain a university degree when you �re a farmer �s daughter from rural China.
Work your way out of poverty if you were born in Africa.
Invent a successful product.
More modest but nevertheless amazing
Learn a new word every day of the year.
Be able to read a book in a foreign language (whatever the level).
Be able to have a conversation in a foreign tongue.
Obtain a degree while holding a job.
Reject the prejudices your society has towards others.
Do volunteer work.

Wow, PhilipR, I like the way you think! That �s an inspiring list.
Let �s see what I can add:
Have a significant positive influence on someone else �s life.
Be a role model for others--not by telling them what they should do, but by quietly and consistently demonstrating it yourself.
OK, I �m not near as precise or concise, but you both (PhilipR & PsychoUvita) have made me think about the subject and that �s a good thing. Thanks.
