You can t say "arrive to" .
"Arrive" can by followed by the preposition "in" and a town or country
I arrived in New York last night
Arrive can otherwise be followed by "at" and places (cinema, swimming-pool, station etc.) or events (party, race etc)
I arrived at the party with James
Hope it is clearer now

You wouldn t say "arrived to" a place. You could say we arrived at or we arrived in--depending on where the place is.
For example, We arrived at the airport or we arrived in New York.
If you want to use to, you could say: We went to, we traveled to or we flew to.
If you need further explanation, I ll be happy to write more.
