Dear colleagues, sorry to bother you with one of the oldest and most boring topics. But I can �t upload. My system says:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error �800a01ad �
ActiveX component can �t create object: �Word.Application �
/send_printables/sendprintablesnew.asp, line 115 What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

Hi poohbear! Probably you �re doing nothing wrong. For the last few weeks it �s been very difficult to upload. We have seen many similar messages in the forum. I believe there must be a problem with the server because, a few months ago, before victor updated it, it happened all the time. Yesterday I couldn �t upload, but I �ve managed today. Keep trying and you �ll eventually get through. I �m sure victor will solve the problem as soon as possible. 
Meanwhile, check the size of your document and see if it is not a docx.
