And "I have a backache" if it is more general, rather than a pain in a specific place in the back.
I have an earache
I have a pain shooting down my left arm, and a heavy feeling in my chest. Oh, no! I �m having a heart attack! Call 911!
I have a cough.
I have a frog in my throat.
I have a cold sore/fever blister.
I have a cramp/charlie horse.
I have a sprained ankle.
I have tennis elbow.
I have a crick in my neck/a stiff neck.
I have a sty in my eye.

Not forgetting that as well as, I�ve got a/ I have a....
...throbbing head.
...sore tummy.
There�s also the simpler:
My head hurts.
My tummy/stomach hurts/aches.
My eye�s sore.
etc.
