I suppose you could say bike and motorbike are more informal but that is the only difference I can think of!

Sometimes "motorbike" is used to refer to a less powerful machine than a motorcycle, such as a motor scooter. Otherwise, "bike" and "motorbike" are just informal words for "bicycle" and "motorcycle", and, as Douglas said, "bike" can also mean "motorcycle." While we �re on the subject, there is also "trike" for "tricycle".
