ONES PREFER TO SHOP AT HARROLDS, DON�T THEY?- plural , simple present
It�s the correct form for me.

I have a feeling the name of the shop is Harrods which is an up-market emporium in London. If one is a regular patron of Harrods, one instinctively knows that use of the first person singular/plural is ever so vulgar and non-u.
So, one prefers to shop at Harrods, doesn �t one?

I would say
"one prefers to shop at Harrods, don �t we?"
Can �t explain why I like this the most. When someone makes such a statement is because one knows of what is talking about, so it seems right to me.... |
