I agree with Mauro. 3rd conditional
Both sentences in the past since we cannot change the action.
If she had studied, she wouldn �t have done badly in the test.
The example of Ana Isabel is brought to the present and it is not the case.
That �s my opinion :)

If she had studied , she wouldn �d do badly in the test. She didn �t study at all, so she did badly in the test.
If she had studied , she wouldn �t have done badly in the test. In my humble opinion Hugs from rainy Spain!!

Here is my 2 cents worth ...
Where is the � then �!!!! 
Should we not have the conditional and put If --> then.
Ha! Sorry to confuse it even more  , but I believe it fits here.

"then" is optional here. It is correct with or without it.
