There are many adjectives for this including the ones already given to you. The word that comes to my mind is foolish.
I �m not sure if there is any one word that fits best.

I agree with reckless. Foolish is also good.
Thoughtless and inconsiderate refer to a person who doesn �t think of others when making decisions.
