Sorry, we never use �many � as an ordinal number.

We would probably say "Which number president is/was Bill Clinton?

or "What number president is Bill Clinton?

or "What order is Bill Clinton in the presidential list?"

Perhaps some other native speakers can help with alternative ideas.
