Hi,

Usually (or commonly) where I m from we say:

1/  I ve got no credit
         or
     Ive ran out of credit
         or
     I dont have any credit

2/  My phones died / dead
        or
My phone needs charging / to be charged
        or
The battery / My battery s dead

Have fun!
