And the reason your question was d is because it�s a zero conditional - something which is always true - a rule.

Well, I �ve got a 100% and I �m not a native speaker but, to be honest, It �s a bit flattering but it �s just a grammar test and not a difficult one. I feel out of shape and I know I am out of shape.
