I looke dit up on a noline dictionary of colloquial language, the expression super-duper is informal and it means extremely pleasing, impressive, etc. and it īs odten used as an exclamation.

It means excellent, amazing, incredible e.g. I had a super duper time today
If you google it you will see examples of usage. Some people also spell it super dooper.
