Yeah, that �s interesting. I wasn �t aware that coward can be used as an adjective.
But as a native speaker I can tell you that while coward may have been used as an adjective in the past the usage is quite out-of-date. To most fluent speakers it would actually sound awkward or even wrong. It is certainly not standard practice and I would not list coward as an adjective on your worksheet. Most people use "coward" as a noun only.
Cowardly is not used as a noun in any reference I can find. Your link doesn �t either. Cowardly is most commonly an adjective, though it can be an adverb as well. I would not include it in your list!

I have tried to search many sites if coward is a noun or an adjective, or about cowardly.
There are too many sites some writes the same thing,some different.
If you like you can take it out from the list. It is editable.
