Which answer do you think is correct in the following sentence?

My colleague always finds fault ______  others but never _______ himself.

I think it �s b), but I �m not sure.

You are right. I got confused because fault finding as a noun is the act of looking for faults IN sb or sth. I apologise for making a mistake
