Hi!
 
I�m preparing a teaching plan in which I have to include objectives, contents and evaluation criteria.
 
My question is: how do I write the objectives and the evaluation criteria? I mean, infinitive with or without "to"? For example: "To use the foreign language..." or "Use the foreign language..."
