Ricardo Semler listening material
 
I am looking for an intermediate listening exercise about Ricardo Semler and his company Semcro.  I have found on Youtube some material but it �s not really what I �m after, too diffiult or poor quality.  I also found a BBC listening but I can �t download it for some reason. I know he is featured in various ESL text books. Does anyone know of any listening or video material that might be useful?
