Which meaning would you choose for the following sentence:
"Drinks
can be ordered for the interval."
A. You cannot buy a drink
until the interval B. Drinks are served here before the interval C.
You can ask for drinks in time for the interval D. Drinks are served
just after the start of the interval

The original sentence basically means you can, if you want, put in a request for your drinks before the interval starts.

Unfortunately, the meaning of D also fits the statement (but not as exactly), so the person who prepared this question didn �t do a very good job. Anyway, I definitely agree that the answer is C.
