Both of those are "correct", but what I usually hear on the West Coast (USA) is "chicken and rice".

I definitely agree with Sue. Even though there is probably more rice than chicken (and in Peru, I wouldn �t be surprised if you added potatoes in there somewhere), and you call it "arroz con pollo" in Spanish, we usually name the meat/protein first in the name of a dish.

In Asia this dish is usually called chicken on rice. |
