Four more things to teach (there are so many, but let s keep it simple for now):
1. learn to teach from other teachers - visit your colleagues lessons, make notes, ask them questions afterwards; you can learn from the best as well as from the worst (from some what to do, from some what to avoid), and observe the reactions of their sts
2. teachers must always come to the lesson prepared and on time (with respect for their sts and their profession - preparation keeps authority, shows and earns respect and provides good material retention)
3. no students are ever too grown-up to play games while learning - so teach your teachers to use games in their lessons - they make interaction more easy and always gives aour sts something to take home (which is not material, but pure knowledge in fun and memorable form)
4. share actively- teachers who want to improve their knowledge should always have workshops - seminars and lectures from you to your trainee teachers are useful, but always finish with a workshop where they put into action what you taught them (if you tell them how to play the hangman game, play one with them and have them play with you and each other - that way it will come easy to them in practice with their sts)
