When it �s copyright I personaly don �t use it ;)
But you can if you really know that your work won �t be sold or won �t generate any profit.
Anyway ;)

I don �t think they are allowed. It is one of the rules of the site.

No, copyrighted pictures are not allowed. It says so in the rules, so don �t risk it. 27� here, but cloudy and wet...Had a headache all day long

Actually, it depends on the policy of the website you took them from.
You would have to check it if the site allows publishing in other sites.
A lot of cliparts don �t have that (c) of copyright, and still their artists don �t allow them to be used in here because it �s considered redistribution.
Try finding PUBLIC DOMAIN clipart, they �re always the safest way to go.
