If both are correct, what is the difference then?

Hello,
do you have to choose between those two? If you do, I would vote for "make", if you don �t, I would use "have" an interview....

I would also say �have an interview � but my preference between make and do is �do � - �I did a terrible interview. �

I mean if I were an interviewer for example, I would say I made an interview with someone.
But if I were an interviewee, I would say I did an interview with Aljazeera for example.
Is this right? |

In the US, we say "I had an interview." We wouldn �t use "do" or "make".

Neither "do" nor "make". you have an interview or you interview someone, as far as I know!

If the word "interview" is meant to be a verb, then we can say "to interview someone" |

If you are the intervewer and you will be interviewing several applicants you can say eg:
I �ll be doing interviews on Tuesday.

In Canada it �s had an interview. We do not use made an interview or did an interview. |
