I want to learn if these two words are used for describing so �s personality:
"goodwilling"
"flexible"

I don �t think "goodwilling" is a word. You can say "full of goodwill". Flexible is definitely a good one.

Hello mehulay,
You can say a person is flexible, or has an adaptive personality. "Goodwilling" doesn �t apply in my experience though. We can say "he/she is a person of goodwill". |

Flexible - yes, but I �ve never heard "goodwilling." You can say "He was filled with good will" about people though. |
