i often download books and cds from www.4shared.com. you can also upload your materials and store them there if you set an account with them. but for downloading it �s not mandatory. if you ate interested, i found there new english file books and cd �s for beginners, pre-intermediate, intermediate and upperintermediate. i also found upstream books and test books, workbooks, but no cds
i really like this site, you can find all sorts of information on it
