Viccxx, how about this one? ...And, yes, rock bottom is worse than where we are...We haven �t seen anything yet...And I don �t believe in God, so, as far as I �m concerned, we �re the only ones who can help ourselves...
But maybe Serene is right...Maybe we have to hit rock bottom...It �s not fair, though...Some of us don �t deserve it...

Couldn �t answer before, magneto, I had classes all afternoon but now I finished I just wanted to tell you that I know I �m wrong for accepting and not fighting, but you know what ? The same people here who fought the dictators with guns, are now in office, elected democratically... and I can tell you that taxes in this country have never been higher ... There is not enough money for health or education and they were supposed to make things better ... I know it takes time, but in the four years they have been government, I �ve seen no real improvements ... so ... who to rely on ??? who �s trustworthy ?? Does the same happen everywhere ? That �s what I meant when I talked about disappointment ... |

I must admit that I haven �t got the time to read through all the answers to your initial post right now, but the first thing that came to my mind when reading your "nagging"  was this: you can start counting the days!! Only 19 days to go and then everything will be back to normal again for the next 4 years!

Hi Magneto, I did not read all the posts but just wanted to express my opnion: I am a soccer girl, I do love soccer a lot and I have watched almost all the matches... why? Because it is not only about soccer, it is also about learning about other cultures, I try to see the positive side of the World Cup and even though I am tired of listening to Shakira �s song everywhere I feel this is an opportunity to get closer each other, at least that is what happens in my country.
There are lots of bad things going on here that even thoug football is just that, football (not a very important issue) I enjoy the days when Mexicans behave more like brothers, even thoug what makes them be good each other is not a very important thing: football
