Why cant we use another way of naming the files ? instead of giving such a long name ( eslprintables2010624231333418792677 ) we can make it like type:grammarws / reading ws/ song.... + Subject : health/ simple present tense + title:world cup / Simon s daily rouitne + Date: 25062010 so it will look like
Grammar - Present perfect tense - john s day 25062010.doc it looks more useful than the current names. |

You should ask Victor this question, because it has to do with the uploading system, which makes me pretty sure that no user will be able to answer it. ;))

When I download - I just re-name the ws. For example: prepositions by Zora - that way I always remember who made it and put it in a folder for prepositions.

When I put the mouse on the long title (even when I re-name the worksheet) the author s name appears.

I always rename the ws, eg : Present perfect, for & since. I do not always write the uploader s name, except for a few members...
BTW, I have - just!!- a few members files.
In my kids- file, there is a brilliant one called : ALENKA.

I think it is a very interesting thing too: Something like:
name of the worksheet.author.date
for example:
farmanimalscrossword.blablabla.26062010.doc |

I also rename the file but I simply copy the name which is given by the author then paste it to rename the file. Sometimes I download 30 ws which takes lot of time !!
