Dear eslprintables friends,
I �ve been looking for a while for a song I can use with my 6th graders on the first school day. But so far I �ve been unlucky.
Could you suggest me some songs I can use with my ss? The theme could be about end of summer, school start, motivational or what ever you can recomend.

I like starting a new class with "What a Wonderful World" and give them a word search with the key words from the song. |

I also used �what a wonderful world � last year. I used it for my 5th graders so the exercises might be a bit too simple. One of the exercises worked really well for a first class though...the song has a line saying "I see friends shaking hands" so one of the assignments is �to shake hands with a classmate" |
