Hi everybody,
Could u please tell me a website where I can find instances of words commonly used by both kids and youngsters? Or could u give me some examples in order to provide my students with some examples? One example that comes to my mind is "willie". Thanks in advance. |

Pascale, I think �chenchen � has touched upon a fairly contentious but important point for all teachers here. We all know that kids the world over (and not just kids) are fascinated by �taboo words �. Where exactly do you draw the line? Is there an age limit? Which words are �acceptable� and in which contexts?

Kids might be interested in �taboo words �, but as a teacher - & educator - I do not need anyone to draw the line for me.
If some here do not understand, I could send a drawing, maybe ???
